What we take in
Ask for a trial or write to us through the site and we receive the name, email address, device and optional WhatsApp number you type, along with your IP address for spam screening.
Order on WhatsApp and we see your WhatsApp profile name and number and the term you picked. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider you use and never reach us.
What we do with it
We use it to set up and support your account, send your login, answer your messages and give you a nudge before a term ends. Personal data is never sold or rented to anyone, here or overseas.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. A plain technical cookie may be used only to keep the site working; block it in your browser and nothing here breaks.
How long it is kept
Account records stay while your term is live and for 12 months after, so a renewal keeps the same login, and are then removed. Anything sent through the site forms is deleted after 90 days.
Your say over it
Ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We come back to you within 30 days, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Keeping it safe
Everything moves over HTTPS and sits on servers the support team alone can reach. Your login is sent to you over WhatsApp, so treat that message as you would a password.
