Getting it running
Settle on a player
IPTV Smarters is free and takes an ordinary Xtream login; iPlayTV and Smart IPTV cost a little and present the list more neatly. Decide before you search, and steer clear of anything called TiviMato or Tivimax — they are not TiViMate and not worth the money.
Open the LG Content Store
Press Home, open the LG Content Store, move to Apps and use the search field.
Install your choice
Search IPTV Smarters Player, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV and install it. Open it once so it is ready for the login in the next step.
Enter your details
Smarters wants Login with Xtream Codes API and then the username, password and server address. Smart IPTV instead wants the M3U link sent to the MAC address it shows, via siptv.app/mylist on another device.
Restart and confirm
Once it restarts the set loads the full line-up with its own guide. Bring up a channel to check the picture, and use the coloured remote buttons for favourites and the EPG — the part that makes living with these panels pleasant.
If the picture will not come good
A channel plays sound over a black screen
That is a decoder mismatch, not a dead channel. Switch the player to native or hardware decoding in its settings, or pick the lower-bitrate copy of the channel, which exists for most sport feeds.

The lean player for Samsung and LG sets that registers by MAC, not a login: finding the address, sending your M3U at siptv.app, and activating it.
