Getting it running
Choose your player first
Two work on Tizen and they behave differently, so decide now: IPTV Smarters takes an ordinary login and costs nothing; Smart IPTV is lighter and steadier on an older set but wants a small one-off fee and a MAC upload. On a 2016-era panel, lean to Smart IPTV.
Open the Samsung app store
Press Home, open Apps, and use the search icon in the upper corner of that screen.
Install it
Install whichever you settled on and open it once. If it is Smart IPTV, note down the MAC address it shows straight away — the next step needs it and you will be on your phone by then.
Point it at your account
With Smarters, choose Login with Xtream Codes and enter the three values. With Smart IPTV, go to siptv.app/mylist on a phone or laptop and send your M3U link to that MAC address.
Restart and check
Close the app properly and reopen it so the list and guide load. Pull up a live channel and give it a minute; the channel-list button on the remote is the fastest way through the groups once you are in.
If the picture will not come good
The app is missing from the store here
Samsung varies its catalogue by region. Either switch the region in Settings, or use IPTV Smarters, which is stocked in nearly every market. Support can name a working alternative if neither helps.
Smart IPTV says "playlist expired"
That message is about the app, not your subscription. Reinstalling it or factory-resetting the set clears the stored list, so upload the M3U again at siptv.app/mylist against the same MAC address.

Can I use IPTV on a Samsung without a Firestick?
Yes. Any Samsung from 2016 on runs IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV straight from the built-in store, so the set is the only device involved. A stick is only worth adding for older panels, or if you specifically want TiViMate, which Samsung does not carry.
Is Smart IPTV free on Samsung?
It runs free for seven days, then asks a small one-time activation for that television. IPTV Smarters has no such charge. Either way the app is just a shell and still needs a subscription behind it before it shows anything.
