- Your Xerquvatv login: username, password and server address
- An NBN or wi-fi connection of 25 Mbps or better

Getting it running
Decide which player you are running
Before touching anything, settle it: IPTV Smarters Pro if you want it done in ten minutes, TiViMate if you care about the guide and split view for the footy. Both sideload the same way and take the same login, so this only changes which address you type in a moment.
Let the stick accept outside apps
Fire OS blocks sideloads until told otherwise. Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options, and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. Newer builds hide that until something asks, so if it is missing, press on and it appears as Install unknown apps against Downloader.
Put Downloader on the stick
From the home screen open search and type Downloader. The one you want is the orange icon from AFTVnews. Install it, open it once, and grant the storage permission, or the next step fails without telling you why.
Fetch the player
In Downloader, click the address bar and enter the short link from your WhatsApp chat, or the official Smarters APK address. Press Go. When it finishes the installer opens itself: Install, then Done, then Delete to clear the APK off the limited storage.
Sign in with Xtream Codes
The new app lands under Your Apps and Channels rather than the top row, which is where people lose it. Open it, accept the terms, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, name the profile anything, and enter the username, password and server address exactly as sent — the http:// and the port included.
Check it before you settle in
Open Live TV, load a busy channel — Fox Footy on a Friday is the honest test — and let it run a minute. Hold select to pin favourites; a row of thirty makes a list this size usable. If it stutters, Settings, Player settings, switch the decoder to hardware, and you are done.
If the picture will not come good
Downloader will not fetch the file
Almost always a mistyped address, so re-enter it slowly or ask support for the mirror. Failing that, confirm Unknown Sources is genuinely on for Downloader specifically — on newer Fire OS it is a separate toggle from the global one.
Login comes back "invalid credentials"
The server field is nearly always the cause. It wants http:// at the front and the port at the end, as http://server:8080. A pasted value often carries a trailing space, so type it out by hand once before deciding the account is at fault.
The 4K feed drops out on a big night
Try hardware decoding first; it costs nothing. If the stick is on wi-fi and the modem is across the house, a cheap Ethernet adapter for the Fire TV settles it for good — the NBN box is usually the shorter cable run anyway.

Which player is best on a Firestick?
Start with IPTV Smarters Pro because it is free and up in ten minutes. Move to TiViMate the first time the basic player annoys you, which for most people is when they try to find a game through the guide. Both take the identical login.
Does it work on the Fire TV Stick Lite?
It does, through the same steps, since the Lite runs the same Fire OS. Its ceiling is 1080p output, though, so if you are paying for the 4K feeds you will never see them on it. On a main set the 4K Max is worth the small difference.
Can I sign in on the Firestick and my phone too?
Install it on both and on anything else you own. The term limits streams playing at once, not installs, so on a one-screen term both can be logged in while only one plays. The two-screen term lifts that.
